Parking at your building

Every Deluxe Holiday Homes property comes with a parking spot — usually underground in the building's own car park — and here's how to find yours, plus how visitor parking and extra spaces work.

Do

  • Ask us or the building security desk where visitors should park before your guests arrive.
  • Have your visitors use only the designated visitor bays or a paid public car park.
  • Keep the number of cars parked within the limit allowed for your apartment.

Don’t

  • Don't park in another bay because yours is taken — call us instead.
  • Don't use resident, disabled, service or loading bays.
  • Don't block ramps, fire lanes or other vehicles, even briefly.

Yes — your apartment comes with a parking spot. In almost every one of our properties it's an allocated space in the building's own car park, usually underground, and it's yours for the length of your stay.

Finding your space

Your exact spot — level, bay number and how to reach it — is confirmed as part of your check-in. Your Guest Relations Officer will point it out when they meet you at the property, and it's also included in the arrival details we send before you travel.

  1. Enter the building's car park ramp (usually signposted from the main drop-off or the side of the building).
  2. Follow the level and bay number given in your arrival details.
  3. Park only in that bay — every other bay in the building belongs to a resident or another apartment.
  4. If your access card or fob is needed for the barrier, your Guest Relations Officer will hand it over at check-in along with the apartment keys.

How many spaces you get

The number of spaces normally matches the size of the apartment, and it's stated on the listing you booked. A studio or one-bedroom typically comes with one space; larger units may come with more.

The rare exceptions

Exception. A very small number of our buildings either have no allocated spot at all, or the spot sits in an outdoor lot rather than underground. If that applies to your booking, we'll tell you before you arrive so you can plan — just ask us if you want to double-check.

Need an extra space?

If you're arriving with more cars than your apartment has spaces, contact our guest support team before you travel. We'll check what the building can offer. Additional charges may apply, and extra spaces can't be guaranteed.

Visitor parking

Visitor parking is controlled by the building, not by us, and rules differ from tower to tower. Some have a dedicated visitor level or a paid public car park nearby; others have no visitor parking at all.

Buildings in Dubai fine, clamp or tow vehicles parked in the wrong bay, and towing charges and release fees are the driver's responsibility. Please also keep noise down late at night in the car park — the neighbours are residents.

If something's wrong

Call or WhatsApp us if your bay is occupied, your access card won't open the barrier, or you can't find the car park entrance. We can usually sort it out with building security within minutes.
