What needs a sign-in
Anything specific to your agreement carries a padlock. Enter the email address we hold for you and we send a link — there is no password to remember. The link works once and expires in fifteen minutes.
You keep access for as long as your contract is current. When it ends, access lapses on its own; nobody has to remember to remove you.
What this site does not do
This is a knowledge base, not your account. Statements, payout figures and property performance live in the landlord portal and come from the accounting system. Anything you read here about money explains how it works — it never quotes your numbers.
