Don’t
- Do not represent Deluxe Holiday Homes, our rates or our terms beyond what your partnership agreement permits.
- Do not submit a referral for a property or owner already under management or already introduced by another partner.
- Do not quote guests terms that conflict with the booking channel they are actually booking through.
Deluxe Holiday Homes is a DET (formerly DTCM) licensed holiday homes operator managing short-term rental apartments across Dubai. The Strategic Partner Programme is how we work with commercial counterparties who send us business — on either side of our operation: guests who need accommodation, or owners who need their property managed.
There is one programme, two referral streams, and a single partner portal behind both.

Owner-side: property referrals
If you introduce a property that we take under management, you earn recurring monthly income for the first year of that property's life with us.

- Commission accrues per property, so a portfolio referral pays on each onboarded unit.
- Referral history, commission status and upcoming payments are visible in the partner portal 24/7.
- Payment is made to your UAE bank account.
Guest-side: booking partners
Travel agencies, concierge services, travel partners and corporate partners work with us on booking volume rather than property onboarding. You get access to our managed inventory, a named commercial contact, and the same portal visibility over your bookings.
Guest-side partners earn 10% of net accommodation revenue on commissionable (gross) bookings, excluding VAT and the Tourism Dirham, with the commission itself stated exclusive of VAT. Travel agencies and concierge services that invoice their own client work on net rates and add their own mark-up; corporate partners get a negotiated net corporate rate. Commission is paid monthly, within 30 days of a valid invoice.
Eligibility
For owner-side (property referral) partners:
- A valid RERA broker card
- A UAE bank account in the partner's name
- A signed non-disclosure agreement and partnership agreement
How to join
- Confirm you meet the eligibility requirements for your partner type.
- Complete the New Partner Registration Form. Ask for it at partners@deluxehomes.com.
- Sign the non-disclosure agreement and partnership agreement, which are sent to you electronically.
- Receive your partner account credentials and log in to the partner portal.
- Start referring — properties, owners, or guests, depending on your stream.
