Do
- Report a lost key to Deluxe Holiday Homes as soon as you notice it is missing.
- Expect the replacement key within 24 hours of your report.
- Pay the 200 AED replacement fee when the key is issued.
- Ask the landlord directly if you want the annual fee waiver applied.
Don’t
- Do not assume the 200 AED fee is waived until the landlord confirms it.
- Do not ask for a second fee waiver in the same year.
- Do not wait until check-out to report a key you lost earlier in your stay.
If you lose a key to your property, tell us. We replace it within 24 hours of your report.
The fee
Key replacement costs 200 AED. A landlord can waive this fee once per year. The waiver is the landlord's decision, not an automatic discount.
You pay 200 AED for each key replacement unless the landlord has waived the fee for that year.
