Do
- Confirm your partner agreement is signed and current before you publish anything carrying our name.
- Name us in your request if you intend to let a sub-agent, affiliate or media agency use our assets on your behalf, and get that extension approved in writing.
- Keep a copy of every written approval we issue, with the asset it relates to and the date.
- Remove or replace assets when we tell you an asset has been superseded.
- Write "Deluxe Holiday Homes" with initial capitals on each word, in the running text of your copy.
- Describe your relationship accurately, for example "in partnership with Deluxe Holiday Homes" or "bookings operated by Deluxe Holiday Homes".
- Where you state a regulatory position, refer to Dubai's Department of Economy and Tourism, DET (formerly DTCM), and add "(formerly DTCM)" every time you mention DET.
- Make clear who the guest is contracting with, and whose terms, cancellation and refund conditions apply to the booking.
- Use only the logo files supplied in the current brand pack.
- Respect the minimum size and clear-space rules stated in the pack.
- Place the logo on an approved background so it stays legible.
- Use imagery only for the specific property or unit type it depicts.
- Check that the property is still in our portfolio before you publish or re-publish it — portfolios change.
- Take the image down within 48 hours of us notifying you that a property has left our portfolio.
- Keep descriptions factually accurate against the current property information we supply.
- Route any press, media or journalist enquiry about Deluxe Holiday Homes to us before responding.
- Get written approval before naming us in a press release, award entry or case study.
- Clear influencer and content-creator stays with us in advance, including the deliverables and any disclosure requirements.
Don’t
- Do not pass our logo, image library or listing photography to a third party without our written approval.
- Do not continue to use our brand after your partner agreement ends or is suspended.
- Do not represent yourself as Deluxe Holiday Homes, as a branch, office or department of Deluxe Holiday Homes, or as an exclusive partner unless your agreement says you are.
- Do not register any company name, trade name, domain, social handle or app name containing "Deluxe Holiday Homes", "Deluxe Homes" or a confusingly similar variant.
- Do not translate, abbreviate, hyphenate or stylise our name.
- Do not lock our name into a logo, monogram or badge of your own design.
- Do not combine our name with yours into a single mark, such as a merged logo or a shared wordmark.
- Do not describe us as your supplier's supplier, your client, your subsidiary or your parent company.
- Do not use our trade licence number, DET (formerly DTCM) permit numbers or property permit numbers as if they were your own.
- Do not stretch, rotate, recolour, crop, outline or add effects to the logo.
- Do not redraw or re-typeset the logo, and do not extract elements from it.
- Do not place the logo on a busy image, a clashing colour or a background it was not approved for.
- Do not present our logo in a way that suggests we endorse a third-party product, event or property that we do not operate.
- Do not use our imagery to advertise a property we do not operate, or a generic "Dubai apartment" offer.
- Do not sell, sub-licence or resell our imagery, or add it to a stock library.
- Do not add furniture, views, amenities or facilities to a photograph that are not in the actual unit.
- Do not describe an amenity or service as included unless it is confirmed in the property information we supply to you.
- Do not publish prices, discounts, promotions or package rates carrying our name unless we have confirmed them in writing for that campaign and period.
- Do not promise early check-in or late check-out as included or guaranteed. Both are subject to availability, require written confirmation from our operations team, and a charge of up to a full night may apply, case by case.
- Do not advertise self check-in as standard. A Guest Relations Officer meeting the guest is the norm; self check-in is offered only at limited properties and only where the guest has completed online self-identification with an ID and liveness check.
- Do not advertise luggage storage. We do not offer it, the buildings do not offer it, and we are not responsible for guest luggage after check-out. You may only state that third-party storage companies can be referred.
- Do not guarantee internet speeds. Wi-Fi is provided in all properties and is complimentary for the guest; new properties may temporarily run a 5G SIM router until the permanent line is installed.
- Do not state that parking is guaranteed at every property, or that it is always underground. Parking is provided at properties as supplied by the building, with a very small number of exceptions where there is no spot or the spot is outside.
- Do not publish security deposit amounts, waivers or exemptions as a general rule — deposit treatment differs by booking channel and must be confirmed per case.
- Do not publish our owner-side commercial terms, landlord payout figures, owner-stay cleaning fees or any pricing model. Refer owners to the owner portal and to us.
- Do not state or imply a minimum-age rule other than this: a guest must be 18 or over to stay without an adult; accompanied minors are permitted.
- Do not publish your own cancellation or refund terms as if they were ours. Bookings made through a partner or OTA are governed by that partner's own policy; bookings made directly with us follow the Refund Policy published on our website.
- Do not run paid search, social or marketplace ads bidding on our brand name, or use our name in ad headlines, display URLs or domain names, without separate written permission.
- Do not make investment, yield, occupancy or return claims on our behalf to property owners.
- Do not publish claims about our regulatory status, permits or insurance beyond what we have confirmed to you in writing.
- Do not speak to media on our behalf.
- Do not use guest or owner data obtained through us for marketing that was not agreed in the campaign scope.
- Do not publish guest names, unit numbers, building access details or any guest identification material.
This policy applies to every commercial partner of Deluxe Holiday Homes — travel agencies, concierge services, travel and corporate partners, and real-estate brokers — on both the guest side and the landlord side. It covers any use of our name, logo, photography, property listings or trade licence details in your own marketing, whether paid or organic.
The short version: our brand assets are licensed to you for the duration of your partnership, for approved uses only, and every new campaign asset needs written approval from us before it goes live. Nothing in this policy transfers ownership of anything.
Who may use our brand
You may use the Deluxe Holiday Homes name and assets only while you hold a current, signed partner agreement with us and only within the scope described in that agreement. Sub-agents, affiliates, white-label resellers and freelance media buyers working on your behalf are not automatically covered.
How to obtain approved assets
We supply a partner brand pack containing the approved logo files, colour and clear-space rules, and a set of licensed property and lifestyle images. Do not take assets from our website, social channels or an OTA listing page — those files are not licensed for your use and are frequently out of date.
- Email partners@deluxehomes.com with the subject line "Brand pack request — [your company name]".
- State your company name, trade licence number, the markets and languages you operate in, and the channels you intend to use (website, paid search, social, print, email, in-house screens, OTA content).
- Tell us whether you need property imagery, and for which buildings or unit types.
- Receive the brand pack and the written scope of use from our team.
- Submit each finished creative for approval before it goes live (see the section below).
- Re-request the pack whenever we notify you of an update, and destroy or archive the superseded files.
Turnaround time for a brand pack request is 3 working days from a complete request.
Campaign approval
Every asset that carries our name, logo or property imagery must be approved by us in writing before publication. Approval is per asset and per campaign — an approval for one creative does not carry over to a variant, a new market, a translation or a new channel.
| What you are publishing | What you must submit |
| Website page or landing page | Live URL or staging link, plus the final copy |
| Paid search or social ads | Final creative, headline and body copy, target market, landing page |
| Print, brochure or in-house screen | Print-ready PDF |
| Email or newsletter | Test send or PDF of the final template |
| Translated version of an approved asset | The translation plus a back-translation or a note of who translated it |
Send submissions to partners@deluxehomes.com. Allow 5 working days for review. If you have not received written approval, the asset is not approved — silence is not consent.
How to name us
Our legal and trading name is Deluxe Holiday Homes. Use it in full on first mention in every asset. After first mention you may shorten it to "Deluxe Holiday Homes" — not to "Deluxe", "DHH" or any other abbreviation.
Logo use
Property imagery and listing content
Property photography, floor plans, descriptions and building information supplied by us are licensed to you for the promotion of stays and services we actually operate. They are not a general image library.
What you may not advertise
These restrictions apply regardless of whether the asset itself was approved. If a claim is not on this list but you are unsure, ask before publishing.
Co-marketing campaigns
Joint campaigns — co-branded landing pages, shared promotions, events, influencer activity, press releases — need a written scope before any work starts.
- Send an outline to partners@deluxehomes.com: objective, channels, markets, dates, proposed offer, and who pays for what.
- Agree the commercial terms in writing, including any budget contribution — we make no standing contribution to partner marketing spend; any budget share is agreed case by case, in writing, for a named campaign.
- Agree who owns the resulting creative and data, and how any guest or owner data is handled.
- Submit all creative for approval as set out above.
- Launch only once you hold written approval for both the commercial terms and every asset.
- Share campaign reporting with us at the agreed interval — monthly during the campaign and a wrap-up within 14 days of its end, covering impressions, clicks, enquiries, bookings and revenue.
When the partnership ends
The licence to use our brand ends when your partner agreement ends or is suspended.
- Stop all live advertising that carries our name, logo or imagery.
- Remove our assets from your website, social profiles, email templates, brochures and in-house screens.
- Cancel any paid campaigns referencing our brand.
- Delete or archive the brand pack and any property imagery supplied to you.
- Confirm completion to us in writing.
You must complete this within 30 days of the agreement ending, and confirm completion to us in writing. Bookings already confirmed before the end date are handled under the terms of your agreement.
Reporting misuse
If you see a third party using our brand, imagery or listing content without authority — a fake listing, a cloned site, a rogue sub-agent — tell us. Send the URL, screenshots and the date you found it to partners@deluxehomes.com.
