Housekeeping, linen, waste disposal and deliveries

How your home is cleaned before you arrive, what to do with used linen and towels, where to take your rubbish, and how to arrange parcel deliveries during your stay.

Don’t

  • Don't leave rubbish bags outside your front door, in the corridor, lift lobby, stairwell or any other common area.
  • Don't leave waste on the balcony or terrace.
  • Don't put liquids or loose waste into the garbage box without bagging it first.

Your home is deep-cleaned before you arrive and comes with fresh linen and towels for every stay. During your stay, the day-to-day is simple: leave used linen and towels together in one place, take your rubbish to the waste room on your floor, and check with us before having anything delivered.

Our cleaning and hygiene standards

We follow enhanced cleaning protocols and hygiene measures aligned with local health guidelines. Every home is thoroughly cleaned before each arrival, and fresh linens are provided for every stay.

If anything doesn't meet that standard when you walk in, message us on WhatsApp at +971 (4) 392-0202 or email info@deluxehomes.com and we'll put it right.

Used linen and towels

You don't need to wash anything. We have a dedicated laundry team. All we ask is that you keep used items together so nothing goes missing.

  1. Gather used sheets, pillowcases, duvet covers and towels as you finish with them.
  2. Leave them in one place — for example the bathroom floor or a corner of the bedroom.
  3. Keep all linen and towels inside the property; please don't take them to the pool, beach or anywhere outside the home.
  4. Tell us straight away if something is stained, torn or missing so we can sort it out during your stay rather than at check-out.
Missing or damaged linen and towels are chargeable. Keeping everything in one place makes the check-out count quick and avoids any dispute.

Waste disposal

Every building has a designated waste room on the same floor as your home — look for the door marked "GARBAGE" or "WASTE".

  1. Put all trash and waste into the recycling bags provided in the kitchen.
  2. Tie the bag closed.
  3. Take it to the GARBAGE or WASTE room on your floor.
  4. Place the bag inside the designated garbage box — not on the floor beside it.

Buildings also set their own rules on waste minimisation, separation and collection days. Please follow any notices posted in the waste room or lobby.

Parcels and mail

Some properties can accept deliveries, but not all — it depends on the building and its reception arrangements. Always check with us before you place an order or give out the address.

  1. Message us on WhatsApp at +971 (4) 392-0202 or email info@deluxehomes.com before ordering.
  2. Tell us what you're expecting and roughly when it should arrive.
  3. We'll confirm whether the building can accept it and give you the exact address format and any delivery instructions to use.
  4. Be at the property, or reachable by phone, when the courier arrives.
  5. For food and grocery deliveries, meet the driver yourself — most buildings won't let couriers come up unannounced.
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please don't have anything valuable or irreplaceable sent to the property.
Exception. If you've asked and the building can't accept deliveries, use a courier pickup point or locker instead. We can point you towards nearby options.
