Do

  • Ask for a company invoice before you check out if you need it for expenses — it saves back-and-forth later.
  • Check the name and spelling on the invoice as soon as you receive it, while the details are easy to correct.
  • Ask us to confirm the price in writing before we arrange any additional service.
  • Check the property listing for extra bed and crib charges — they are stated there.
  • Get early check-in or late check-out confirmed in writing. Without written confirmation from our team, it is not approved and the home may not be ready.

Don’t

  • Don't assume an early arrival or late departure is free or automatic — it depends on availability and may carry a charge of up to one night.

There are no hidden charges. What you pay is the rate shown when you book, plus the government Tourism Dirham Fee, plus anything extra you specifically ask for. Everything below is set out so you can check your own booking line by line.

The Tourism Dirham Fee explained

The Tourism Dirham Fee is a government charge applied to every guest staying in a hotel or holiday home in Dubai. It is not our fee — we collect it and pass it on.

  • Amount: AED 10 per bedroom, per night — a studio counts as one bedroom.
  • Charged for the first 30 consecutive nights of your reservation.
  • For stays longer than three months, TDF is charged again once every three months, for a 30-night period, or in line with how your stay is extended.
  • It applies to every guest, regardless of nationality, residency status or occupation. There are no exemptions.

Worked examples

Length of stayTDF charged, per bedroom
5 nightsAED 50
30 nightsAED 300
45 nightsAED 300 (capped at the first 30 nights)
4 monthsAED 300, then a further 30-night charge at the three-month point

How to get an invoice or receipt

  1. Contact our team by WhatsApp or phone on +971 (4) 392-0202, or email info@deluxehomes.com.
  2. Tell us your booking reference, the property name and your check-in and check-out dates.
  3. Tell us whether you need it addressed to you personally or to a company, and give us the exact name and address to show.
  4. We will send the invoice or receipt to your email.

Before you agree to an extra

We do not offer luggage storage, and the buildings do not provide it either. After check-out we are not responsible for any luggage left behind. If you need storage, ask us and we can point you towards third-party storage companies.

Refunds and cancellations

Refunds follow the Refund Policy published on our website, which is the current and binding version. If you booked through a travel platform or partner, that partner's own cancellation and refund policy applies to your booking instead.

Still unsure about a charge

Send us the line you're questioning and we'll explain it or correct it.
