Staying with us in Fujairah: local guide and support

Our Fujairah homes are the villas on Al Dana Island and the apartments and villas at The Address Residences, Fujairah. They are looked after by a dedicated local team based on the island, and a few things work differently here than in our Dubai properties — including check-in and check-out times and how you are met on arrival.

Office and service hours

Arrival and meet-and-greet

A Guest Relations Officer meets you in person in Fujairah — there is no self check-in here.

1. If you booked in advance, expect a call from the Fujairah team one day before arrival to agree your arrival time. If you booked on the same day as arrival, the team will contact you shortly after the booking.
2. If nobody has called you before your arrival day, call or WhatsApp +971 4 384 8500 (team hours 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM daily).

4. Meet your Guest Relations Officer there, then go on to your villa together.

Check-in and check-out times

These times apply to all properties on Al Dana Island and at The Address Residences, Fujairah — the same standard as our Dubai homes.

Early check-in

• Subject to availability and always decided case by case.
• It only counts once you have written confirmation from our team — please don't plan around it before that.
• A charge of up to one night's rate may apply.
• In Fujairah, availability can usually only be confirmed after 6:00 PM on the day before arrival, or on the morning of arrival itself, because of back-to-back bookings.
• Early check-in cannot start before 10:00 AM. If you need the villa earlier than that, book the previous night.

Late check-out

• Same rules as early check-in: subject to availability, confirmed in writing, decided case by case.
• A charge applies depending on how much longer you stay, up to a full night's rate.
• Ask the Fujairah team as early as you can — the day before is ideal.

Inside your villa

• Every bedroom has an ensuite bathroom, in all villas.
• Every villa has a barbecue grill.
• Al Dana villas have a private pool. The depth is shown on the notice board next to the pool.
• Wi-Fi is complimentary in all our properties. Newer properties may run on a 5G SIM router until the permanent line is installed; speeds are high in general but not guaranteed.

What's included in your stay

• A thoroughly cleaned property with fresh linens
• Bath and pool towels — 2 bath towels and 1 hand towel per regular bedroom; 1 bath towel in the maid/assistant room
• Bathroom amenities: toilet paper, tissues, shampoo, lotion, shower gel, hard soap
• Kitchen cleaning kit: dishwashing liquid, all-purpose cleaner, washing machine liquid, sponge, duster, hand gloves
• 10 coffee capsules per stay
• Drinking water: 4 bottles in the kitchen and 2 in each bedroom
• Water gallons where a dispenser is available, such as in the Al Dana villas
• First aid kit, fire extinguisher and fire blanket

What's not included

• Slippers, bathrobes, dental kits or any other kit not listed above
• Charcoal and barbecue accessories such as skewers
• Welcome food packs, or any food and beverages

Charcoal is easy to buy locally — Al Yasmin Grocery sits right by the entrance to the island.

Extra towels, ice and same-day cleaning

• Extra towels: one complimentary set is provided. Additional sets carry a charge.
• Same-day cleaning: sometimes possible, depending on the team's availability. Call +971 4 384 8500 to check.
• Pool too warm? Bidya Ice Factory delivers ice — open 6:00 AM – 12:00 PM and 4:00 PM – 9:00 PM. Ask them for the price and delivery timing (usually within an hour).

Guests, visitors and vehicles

• Up to 2 adults per bedroom, plus up to 1 child aged 14 or under.
• Maid or assistant bedrooms sleep 1 adult only.
• Up to 5 daytime visitors per day (non-overnight).
• Up to 4 vehicles per villa.

If you are travelling with children and need help with sleeping arrangements, tell the team in advance so they can plan for it.

Our house rules apply to every stay: https://www.deluxehomes.com/house-rules/. Our Fujairah homes are licensed holiday homes under DET (formerly DTCM), and these rules apply to everyone in the property.

If you are staying at The Address Residences, Fujairah, the community management's own house rules apply in addition to ours.

Ordering food delivery

1. Open Talabat (talabat.ae or https://appurl.io/jfjtueie).
2. Set your location to Al Bidya.
3. Choose your restaurant and meals.
4. At checkout, write the exact address — for example: AL DANA VILLAS, VILLA #.
5. The driver may call to confirm; send your exact location pin (a 2 AED tip is optional).
